Delivery Policy

Australia wide only. Delivery depends on third party couriers and Style Communications will accept no responsibility for late deliveries caused by third parties.

  • The processing of orders and all deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
  • Instore Pickups can be pre-arranged on Saturdays from 9am – 1pm.

Order Acceptance

  • You have checked all designs you have uploaded before placing order
  • You understand that once you have placed your order it cannot be altered or cancelled

Terms & Conditions Of Orders

It is the responsibility of the client to check all work before placing order

You take all responsibility for any errors and/or omissions found. You are aware of the Copyright Act and hereby indemnify Style Communications from any legal action arising from the misuse of any material provided.

Prepress: You agree that style takes no responsibility for supplied files that are not print ready

Whilst all care is taken in checking your files for related errors that may reduce the quality of your job, Style Communications accept no responsibility for files that are not print ready and all supplied files will be printed as supplied.

Printing: You agree that no discounts or reprints will be given for colour variation or machine movement

Whilst Digital Printing can mostly match your colours, colours may still vary from day to day, machine to machine and board to board.

Finishing: You agree that no discounts or reprints will be given for trimming variance

There may be a trimming variance of +/- 2mm due to automated cutting systems.

Turnaround: You agree that productions and delivery times can vary

Turnaround times can vary day to day dependent on amount of work received/being completed at the time. Style Communications will not be liable for any loss
of earnings or legal action due to delays in production of delivery.

Reporting Errors: You agree that any queries must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods

Any queries regarding printing or finishing errors must be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods. If the error is clearly identified as a printing or finishing error all steps will be taken to rectify it. If the problem is a result of incorrect artwork the client will be responsible for the reprinting and any associated costs By placing this order you have read, understand and agree to all the above terms and conditions and hereby authorise work to commence.
